DESCRIPTION:
The event, which took place September 12th& 13th2018, at Ştirbey Palace (Buftea), brought together more than 150 representatives of cultural organizations from Romania, Norway and Iceland, the Program Operator, the Program Partners – the Council of Arts of Norway and The Norwegian Cultural Heritage Directorate, as well as the Ministry of European Funds as National Contact Point.
